CUTTING THE CURD CHEESEMAKING CLASS with Louise Talbot followed by 2 course lunch £82.50 9.30am -2.30pm

We are very fortunate to have guest tutor Louise Talbot to teach Cheese Making here at Clavelshay Barn on Tuesday 22nd October

Louise grew up on her family farm in New Zealand, and has a natural affinity with the land and her heart is very much in the countryside. Having been taught to make cheese almost 20 years ago ( and also undertaken commercial cheese manufacture) qualified teacher Louise combines her passion for cheese and teaching others new skills at her Cutting The Curd Cheese Making Classes.

Louise is an Academy of Cheese Training Partner and member of the Specialist Cheese Makers Association. She is a guest tutor at many cookery schools and also a Cheese Awards judge.

There will be a demonstration of making Halloumi and Mozzarella cheese, which you will then make yourself to take home. Louise will also demonstrate how to make butter and Marscapone cheese
