Somerset Apple Day

We are holding a special day on Thursday October 19th 2017 to celebrate the annual apple harvest in Somerset.The day will begin with hands – on instruction of  jam and chutney making by preserve expert Vivien Lloyd, who will be making Blackberry and Apple Jam and Apple and Banana Chutney with you . You will be able to take some home with you. This will be followed by an apple inspired lunch, prepared by Head Chef Olivier Certain.
