Learn how to make the humble vegetable into something truly special in this fun-filled Vegetarian Cooking Workshop run by Jen Goss. Full of local ingredients, Jen will show you how easy it is to make fresh vegetarian food that you will look forward to eating. You will learn how to make amazing dishes inspired by far-flung cuisines such as India, Morocco and Italy, and be given the confidence and skills to cook wonderfully tasting, unique vegetarian dishes in the comfort of your own kitchen.
The Workshop is aimed at all levels of experience, and at the end of the day you will receive packets the day’s recipes, along with additional ideas for variations, and the dishes you make in the afternoon.

And nothing can compare to the aroma and taste of a warm, fresh baked loaf right from your oven. In this workshop taught by the lovely Jemma Morgan from Quangle Wangle Foods, you can look forward to a fun, hands-on session going over everything you ever wanted to know about using and maintaining a wild-yeast, naturally fermented sourdough starter & cover all the fermentation techniques you need to know.
By learning the techniques used by artisan bakers, you’ll get peak performance from your starter and will learn how to prepare it for baking all your traditional rustic sourdough loaves. Jemma looks at all the angles to feeding and maintaining a healthy sourdough starter, and use it to make a wonderfully crisp and flavourful sourdough bread in class. You’ll go home with your own starter and sourdough bread made by you, as well as the knowledge and confidence to use it to bake your own sourdough bread at home.
