We have an exciting week coming up. Head Chef, Philip Verden, is taking a well deserved holiday this week and we have the wonderful Chef Jean- Paul De Ronne taking over the kitchen while he is away. A Belgian born, British bred passionate Chef, Consultant,and Recipe Creator with a flair for making new dishes feel like good old Classics, and old dishes feel like new.
Chef De Ronne has a rich background in all things culinary and injects fun and creativity in everything he does. He has a deep love for locally grown products in the South West and dedicates himself to the farm-to-table ideals of sourcing the finest local ingredients, knowing the farmers, and making lasting relationships.
