Italian Bread Making Workshop
During this fantastic one day workshop on Tuesday 12th March, Stefano Salvati, our friendly local Italian chef and owner of Stefano’s Homemade Food (you can find him at the Taunton Food Markets every Thursday), will talk you through the ‘all-Italian favourite breads’ process. With Stefano’s great understanding of Italy’s unique flour combinations and artisan techniques, you will quickly learn how to prepare the doughs for Italian traditional baked speciality breads such as Focaccia and Ciabatta. The workshop is very hands-on and will equip and encourage you to have fun at home experimenting with Italian bread.

Film & Food Night
Prepare for thrills and spills, Scandinavian-style: Clavelshay’s 2013 film and food season closes on Thursday 21st March with a special screening of Jo Nesbo’s Headhunters. It’s about an upwardly mobile professional who supplements his income, mistress and breathtakingly beautiful wife with high-class art heists . All goes swimmingly until he decides to steal a priceless canvas from the wrong man (the drop-dead gorgeous Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) who’ll stop at nothing to destroy him. It’s time to ditch your un-watched Killing DVD boxed set and see the outrageous, hilarious and audacious Headhunters: it really does leave the rest of Scandinavian noir in the shade!
