Learn how to make that perfect loaf of authentic Italian bread!
During this fantastic one day workshop, Stefano Salvati, our friendly local Italian chef and owner of Stefano’s Homemade Food (you can find him at the Taunton Food Markets every Thursday), will talk you through the ‘all-Italian favourite breads’ process. With Stefano’s great understanding of Italy’s unique flour combinations and artisan techniques, you will quickly learn how to prepare the doughs for Italian traditional baked speciality breads such as Focaccia and Ciabatta. The workshop is very hands-on and will equip and encourage you to have fun at home experimenting with Italian bread.
Clavelshay Barn will also be serving a scrumptious lunch, including our own homemade bread and local seasonal ingredients.
