In collaboration with Stream Farm & GrowEatGather we are proud to host a Farm to Fork Feast this coming Thursday 19th February 2015.
A 3-course meal created out of locally produced ingredients (from Stream Farm and other local growers), will be prepared by our award winning head chef, Phil Verden.
The night will start with a short film produced by GrowEatGather that tells the story of Stream Farm, Vernon the Fisherman and his award winning Stream-Fed Trout. The film explores the meaning of the Share Farming model, and Chef Phil Verden shares one of his signature dishes using Vernon’s Trout.
Our guest farmers from Stream Farm, James Odgers and Sam Hatfield, will recount the journey of Stream Farm’s ingredients from Farm to Fork.
After the stories, we all settle in: farmers and diners sharing a long table, and feast over a delicious meal that reinforces and celebrates the connection between the farm and the food on your plate.
