BEST LOCAL PRODUCE
Somerset has some of the best produce in the country and the restaurant is committed to selecting the very best local growers and suppliers for its food. All dishes are made at Clavelshay Barn , except ice-cream and sorbet, which is made by a local dairy farm for us. Bread is made daily and even the water on the table is from the farm’s own spring. There is a fully licensed bar and an interesting wine list.

The Clavelshay Barn kitchen is led by our highly experienced Head Chef, Olivier Certain, who produces country cooking with a contemporary twist. The menu is deliberately small to ensure that all dishes can be prepared and cooked to order and is changed monthly to make best use of locally grown produce.
