Do you like the idea of a simple country wedding in a beautiful location with fresh, local food and a very personal service? Clavelshay Barn can offer all this at an affordable price.
Each wedding is tailored to the wishes of the couple, not an anonymous package. We do not have a licence to marry but can hold a blessing or humanist ceremony in the grounds, overlooking the valley – a magical spot...or we can cater just for your wedding reception...
The Restaurant itself can accommodate 50 seated for a fine dining sit-down meal. However using marquees and the beautiful grounds we have successfully catered for up to 150.
On the day we can provide
Food – We specialise in award winning restaurant food. All food is supplied by us
Hog Roast - A buffet using Rob’s own free-range outdoor pigs for 70+ guests.
Drink – Full drinks packages are available on request allowing us to meet all your needs.
Flowers – Using a local grower we can provide a vast selection of arrangements and bouquets.
Venue hire – For the exclusive hire of our barn and grounds the charge is £750 + VAT.
Marquee hire – A party tent is available for hire for up to 60 guests. This tent has no swags or linings but is ideal for a simple wedding.Tables and chairs will have to be hired in + lighting
Larger marquee hire (charge applies) – In order to accommodate an extended network of your family and friends we can source luxury marquees for up to 150 to fulfill all your wedding dreams.
